The winners for the 5th Apsara Film & Television Producers Guild Awards were announced on Friday 8 January, 2010. The Show hosted by Preity Zinta and Arjun Rampal. The Nominations for the 16th Annual Star Screen Awards has been announced and the top five films are 3 Idiots, Dev D, Kaminey, Love Aaj Ka and Paa have been nominated for the Best Movie Awards. “3 Idiots” Movie is an obvious favorite in all categories of nomination. some of the nominations defy logic as how can one define Abhay deol missing out on best Actor nomination and Amit trivedi who gave the mind-blowing music of Dev D has been unceremoniously left out from Best music nominations and how come Pritam The plagiarism king got three nominations is really beyond me, and Katrina kaif has been nominated for best Actress.
