Andhra CM YSR Reddy’s Chopper Crash Site Photos And Video
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S.Rajashekhara Reddy has died in a helicopter crash. YSR, with his two staff members and the two pilots were dead when their helicopter crashed on a hillock about 49 nautical miles east of Kurnool, more than an hour it took off from here yesterday. In the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) confirmed Thursday, more than 24 hours after his helicopter went missing in inclement weather around 9.30 a.m. Wednesday in the Nallamalla forests. He was at the peak of his political power before his sad demise. The news stunned the Congress. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi are expected to reach Hyderabad Thursday. The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said Dr. Reddy, in his long and illustrious political career, had distinguished himself in every position he held. Dr. Reddy’s death is a great loss not only to the State but the entire country.
